A SCORM 1.2 file is a standard e-learning package that allows online training content to work with compatible Learning Management Systems (LMS), including tracking course completion and learner progress.

Absolutely! All courses and video content are in English, but we're working on translations as well. At checkout, payments will be shown in Australian dollars, but converted for payment.

Yes - we don't have any subscription products. Pay once for instant access!

Yes, we do ask you to sign up to complete courses or online events, just so we can track our learning products (but your information and any payment details are secure!)

As there are no accreditation standards for the courses we run (anywhere in the world...yet!) our courses are not accredited, and we currently don't offer CPD points.

Almost all EV FireSafe training has been developed internally by our global team, using internal resources.

A small number of courses that have been developed with funding from private organisations, such as insurance companies, which are provided free of charge and without advertising or bias towards those organisations. These will be clearly stated on the course landing page.

We're very proud of our global research into EV battery fires (read more about that here) which is funded by the Australian Department of Defence.

That funding means the knowledge we share with you here is completely independent and not influenced by products or sales.

An important point: Our team has serious reservations about the safety and efficacy of fire blankets, extinguishers and underbody sprays (amongst other products) marketed as suitable for lithium-ion or EV battery fires (thermal runaway). We have tested, and been present at testing, where these products have repeatedly failed to work. If you are considering the purchase of a product, please ensure you have done your due diligence as their use may cause injury or fatality.
